APRIL 4, 2022 - Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is pleased to announce the closing of the acquisition of Computer Protection Technology (CPT), a leading critical power service and solutions provider in the Southern California region.

The proximate timing of the acquisition of CPT with our division’s re-naming as the Critical Power Solutions Division is appropriate. WARRENDALE, PA - FEBRUARY 24, 2022 - Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) has entered into an agreement to acquire Computer Protection Technology (CPT), a leading critical power service and solutions provider in the Southern California region.
Designed for mission critical applications, SAFT Flex'ionTM Gen2 Lithium Ion Battery Systems are now available in two models - BCL06 and BCL07 - featuring a Super Lithium Iron Phosphate (SLFP) chemistry. The BCL06 is compatible with Mitsubishi Electric's 9900AEGIS, 9900B, 9900CX, 9900D, and SUMMIT Series® Uninterruptible Power Supplies. The BCL07 is designed specifically for the 1100B UPS.
The previously announced strategic alliance between Mitsubishi Electric Power Product, Inc. (MEPPI) and Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics and IT Cooling Systems S.p.A. (MEHITS) is pleased to announce the establishment of a new line of cooling products - CritiCoolTM - earmarked specifically for the North American mission critical market.
